How it is all connectedThe base module eComp contains all the job evaluation modules and is used to determine a job value within your organisation. If you have a salary structure linked to your positions, you can determine a grade in your salary system (X-axis) based on the job value.
Once you have a determined job values, you will need to focus on employee progressions (Y-axis) via the optional modules of ePerformance, eCompetencies and eTraining. This could be progression via the salary steps, bonuses or other incentive payments. |
