eTrainingOO-Soft eTraining is a cloud-based training module extension to eComp and is linked directly to the eCompetencies Module. eTraining has been designed and developed in consultation with an independent L&D professional and a NSW Regional Council.

Seamless Integration
eTraining is seamlessly integrated into and shares data from eComp. All Positions, Employees and grading data is established in eComp once only and is shared across the eTraining module.

Linked to training.gov.au Library
You can search RTO information directly from the linked National Register for possible training providers as well as training packages.

Tracking
eTraining allows you to track all of your training requirements in the one place ranging from capturing training data, individual training plans against competencies to forecasting training course cost reporting.

ePortal Access
Employees and managers can use ePortal to assess the incumbents' training plans, licences and expiring tickets.

Reports
There is a range of reports available including Training course cost forecast and actuals, Reporting on relevant training packages and RTO search, Employee training sessions and training history reporting and Training Alert Report.

External LibraryThe external library of competencies contain the full set of National Register of VET Competencies from www.training.gov.au. This library is updated regularly throughout the year and is freely available for you to copy to your own library for your use in creating the competency profiles.

Course sessions and enrolmentsYou have the ability to create course sessions with date and time and course costs. Enrolling employees into the sessions is a simple matter and if the session is full, you can place employees on waiting list.

Training Action PlanIf you are subscribed to eCompetencies, you will be able to see the Training Action Plan and details of which employee requires training from the Competencies assessments. From here you can enrol those employees into courses. Alternatively, managers using ePortal can also enrol their staff into training sessions.
