The following table outlines our pricing for Councils based on council size.
Establishment fee - This is a one-off payment of $990 to establish your account. 
Service fees - This fee is payable annually for continued service and support.

ePortal is currently FREE with a subscription to ePerformance, eCompetencies or eTraining.

Notes

1. All fees include 10% GST.
2. Fees are current as of 1 January 2026.
3. Any fee increases are published on our website at least 1 month prior to increase.
4. All subscription fees must be paid in advance for the period of service.
5. Any account with unpaid subscription fees of more than 2 months may be disconnected. A reconnection fee of $770 plus any unpaid subscription fees are payable following disconnection due to non-payment of a tax-invoice.
